By requesting membership in this site, you agree to both the visitors Terms of Service and also the following MEMBER TERMS OF USE:
1. You are at least 15 years of age
- This site does not conform to Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (http://www.coppa.org/comply.htm [2]).
2. By posting your work (including writing, artwork and comments) on this site, permission to host your work and make it available to visitors and other members is implied.
- Other people can see what you post and that is okay.
3. By posting your work to this site, you provide the owner of this site, Regarding Tomorrow, and site admins with Creative Commons Attribution- NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license for all work (including writing, artwork and comments).

- In addition to the CC license, you also give Regarding Tomorrow the right use your content in email, digital communications and other digital formats with attribution to the author. If any content is used in physical print (aside from use on marketing and promotional material such as posters, banners, business cards, etc…), permission will be requested.
4. By posting your work to this site, you provide the owner of this site, Regarding Tomorrow, and site admins with the right to make this content available through other digital channels such as tablet, phone and computer apps, RSS feeds, email subscriptions and other formats as they become available.
- If we develop other ways for people to read content on the site, you are giving us permission to make published content available by these channels…some of which haven’t actually been created yet.
5. Writing, artwork and comments posted on this site will not include any defamatory comments as required by the Communication Decency Act.
- Work that does not comply with the CDA can be removed by site administrators when requested by defamed parties. Authors will be given an opportunity to change work to comply with the CDA and comment.
6. You understand the content and opinions posted on this site are provided by 3rd party contributors and not curated by site admins. With this, you agree not to hold the owners, Regarding Tomorrow LLC or site administrators responsible for the content posted by or commented by group members.
- We’re providing a community where members can share their opinions. Some opinions may feel extreme to visitors and other members. As long as shared work and opinions do not break existing laws, they are considered covered by the idea of free speech.
Note: The Interwebs are full of other places you can spend your time. If something on this site offends you, go spend time on sites that don’t offend you.
7. Maintainers of this site may edit entries to link to retail content on external sites.
- We can edit backlinks and add Amazon sales links to posts so the site can maintain income to help keep the site available to the public and its members.
8. Data and material from this site may be used by Regarding Tomorrow staff to present trends, interests and reports to third parties. This will not include personal information and will be limited to broad member interest and be limited to simple quotes to support data trend representation.
- Data analysis from any group of work has value we may be able to leverage to help make the site profitable. We plan to leverage these trends (such as 187 people wrote about self-driving cars, but only 12 wrote about flying cars) if we can, but we aren't going to sell off account data such as names, emails or individual bio information.
9. Governing law by jurisdiction and legal costs: For any legal disputes arising from the use this site or any content on this site, any action of law or in equity involving or relating to these terms of use, conflicts of law rules, shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and must be held in the exclusive jurisdiction of Virginia state or federal courts. Any action in which we are the prevailing party shall entitle us to recover reasonable attorneys fees and other expenses of litigation.
- If you want to sue us, you have to do it where it is easy for us to work with local attorneys on our defense.
10. This site offers no guarantee of service and content, membership and the site, including all services, may be removed without warning. Access to member content is not guaranteed in any way.
- The world is full of risk and if I get run over by a bus next week, your content could disappear shortly thereafter. You shouldn’t keep a single copy of any work on this site and should always have a backup of your work.
11. The sites Terms of Use may change at any time to reflect the needs of the owner and members.
- The Internet is a dynamic place and this site is as well. Changes may occur because they have to in order to keep the site online and available to the RT community.
